Previously, Mr. Weber served as Vice President of Business Development for a recruiting firm recognized by both Forbes and Hunt Scanlon. Prior, he was a Senior Healthcare Consultant where he provided exceptional service to the healthcare community and successfully assisted in the firm's growth.

Mr. Weber holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Miami University of Ohio with a minor in Business. While attending Miami University, he was a member of the football team where he earned academic athletic awards.
